occasion of the celebration of Children's XXX Otxarkoaga Conference to be held on 2 and 3 April 2011, the group organizing this Taldea Kultur txirula Contest Story Without Borders with the aim of promoting creative writing about children's story.
Conditions:
1. Participants: all ages.
2. Language: Euskera and Castilian.
3. Extension of the story: at least one page, maximum of four.
4. Each person may submit a maximum of two original stories and previously unpublished.
5. Topics: free, but the jury will especially those aimed at children stories that are related to values \u200b\u200bsuch as peace, tolerance, gender equality, human rights and care of nature.
6. Presentation form: on paper, print clearly, or computer, double-spaced and in Arial or similar, size 12. Also be sent by e-mail.

8. Deadline: January 24, 2011.
9. Should be attached name, address, age, and a telephone number or email.
10. Be delivered copies of the book edited sixteen selected people who can read their stories on April 3 in the square Otxarkoaga Ugarte.
11. The presentation to the contest means the authorization to publish the stories in that edition. Both stories selected and those not have been still belong to their writers.
12. May be included in the publication accompanying those drawings in black and white and that the organization consider complementary to the text. Also be accepted if sent shortly after being given the jury's verdict.
