Children's Workshop XXVIII Otxarkoaga the occasion of the celebration of the Children's Workshop XXVIII Otxarkoaga (Bilbao), to be held on 28 and 29 March 2009, the group organizes txirula Kultur Taldea this story borderless competition in order to promote creative writing in around the children.
The rules of competition:
1. Participants: boys and girls from zero to one hundred years.
2.
Language: Basque or Castilian.
3. Extension of history: at least one page, maximum of five years.
4. Each person may submit a maximum of two original stories and original.
5. Topic: free, but the jury will evaluate the stories especially for children and relate to values \u200b\u200bsuch as peace, tolerance, gender equality, human rights and care of nature.
